Thanks for your information. In my opinion, quality contents with a particular keyword and do-follow back links are the best method to get huge visitors.

No offense, but if I followed all the tips in that article, I doubt my readers would ever come back and I don't think Google would be too crazy about it either. Stuffing the keyword 3 times in the description is overkill and looks like stuffing. It is very hard to read a post if you have bolded words scattered through it, too.
